Statement of Integrity
After years of sleepless nights, groggy days, feeling perpetually tired, and initiating baseless arguments with my husband, I decided several years ago to discontinue my alcohol use.
I am now a truer version of the person who I was meant to be, the person I was when I was growing up; always curious, always learning, always discovering, always optimistic. My alcohol-free life has expanded into areas I've always wondered about but never had the clarity or initiative to explore. My values, my integrity, and my core belief system are still intact and, in many ways, much stronger, now that I have embraced an alcohol-free lifestyle.
I want you, as my client, to feel inspired, hopeful, and listened to, and I want you to trust that I am speaking authentically and honestly; that my journey, while not necessarily easy, uncovered traits and possibilities in me that I didn't know existed. That you, too, can make the decision to stop drinking for your own personal reasons, be they family, friends, health, or anything else, and that while on your journey, you will also discover your truest, most authentic self. I commit to maintaining my alcohol-free lifestyle, while being judgment-free, allowing you to feel safe and heard during our coaching sessions.
